I placed an order but I ordered the wrong size & the order hasn't shipped yet, what can I do?

I placed an order but I received the wrong size or the wrong item, what can I do?
KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order # and the correct size or correct item. We will process an RMA and send you a return label to ship the item back. Once we receive the return package we will resend the order with the correct item(s).
Can you ship to a different address than what's on my billing info?
Yes, if you are having trouble entering a different ship to address, please email us at email@example.com with your Order # and the new address. These requests must be sent within 24 hours of placing the order as we tend to ship within 24-48 hours. You should receive an Order Confirmation once your order is placed with your current shipping address listed.

We currently ship to WORLDWIDE.
Do you ship overnight or express?
At the moment we only offer Standard Shipping 3-5 day shipping (US). International shipments will vary because of Customs, usually items arrive within 1-2 weeks.
